My Story
I'm a former collegiate strength and conditioning coach with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a Master's degree in Kinesiology.
Over the years, I've worked with hundreds of people from all walks of life - teenagers training for sports, collegiate athletes, busy professionals, weekend warriors, everyday people from beginner to advanced, and retirees looking to improve their quality of life.
My training approach is science-based and data-driven. I focus on strength, longevity, and sustainable results. Health and fitness are a life-long pursuit. There is no finish line. When you work with me, you can expect smart training, efficient workouts, and education on how to build sustainable healthy habits.

Improved Performance
You will get stronger, move better, and increase your energy. Exercise is the most powerful anti-aging tool we have. I will demonstrate and teach you how to exercise efficiently and safely at your current ability. I track all workouts, target weaknesses, and develop a plan to progress you to higher levels of fitness.
Elevated Health
My clients see improvements in bloodwork, higher bone density, and better body composition on DEXA scans. They get stronger, build muscle, and burn fat. I track measurements, weight, and other metrics at the client's request. Everybody has different goals. It's your body, and I'm here to tailor a plan to focus on what's important to you.
Pain Reduction
Pain is common and a normal part of aging. But there are ways to mitigate it. I listen to my clients and analyze their movement to identify weaknesses and imbalances. I have worked closely with sports medicine professionals and physical therapists to incorporate corrective exercises to help reduce pain and improve mobility.

Every program is customized to your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Sessions are available in 45, 60, and 75+ minute formats.

Private gym training
Train in a private, focused environment without the distractions of crowded, commercial gyms. I handle all logisitics so you can focus on your workout.
Limited client roster
I believe in quality over quantity.
I intentionally work with a limited number of clients to develop a strong coach-client relationship and ensure a premium experience. By working with a smaller roster, I'm able to provide the focus, attention, and accountability needed to deliver long-term results.
