Refund Policy

At Biohack Strength, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized fitness and performance services. Because our programs require time, planning, and reserved scheduling, the following refund policy applies.

All Sales Are Final

All personal training sessions, packages, memberships, and coaching services are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable Texas law.

By purchasing services from Biohack Strength, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Prepaid Packages and Memberships

All packages and memberships must be paid in advance. Once a package or membership has been purchased, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

Unused sessions may expire according to the terms provided at the time of purchase.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged in full and may be forfeited.

We reserve the right to enforce this policy consistently to maintain scheduling integrity and fairness for all clients.

Medical or Emergency Exceptions

In limited cases involving documented medical conditions, injuries, or emergencies, Biohack Strength may, at its sole discretion, provide:

- Session credits

- Temporary account holds

- Extended expiration dates

Refunds will not be issued in these situations.

Client Responsibility

Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and adherence. Refunds will not be provided due to lack of progress, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to follow program recommendations.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Biohack Strength to attempt resolution.

If a chargeback is initiated in violation of this policy, you agree to reimburse Biohack Strength for any fees, administrative costs, and services already rendered.

Promotional Offers and Discounts

All promotional, discounted, or special offers are final sale and non-refundable.

Changes to This Policy

Biohack Strength reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will apply to future purchases.
